Install and use
Construction and installation points: 1. Import and export installation position, height, direction must meet the design requirements, the connection is firm, tight. 2. Handle of all kinds of manual valves installed on insulation pipes shall not be downward. 3. Install gaskets between valve flanges and pipe flanges according to piping design requirements. Four. Before valve installation, a visual inspection must be performed to confirm that the valve is being pressure tested by the manufacturer.
Plastic ball valve as an integral ball valve, leakage point less, high strength, connecting the ball valve installation and disassembly convenient. Installation and use of ball valve: when the flange at both ends is connected with the pipe, the bolts should be tightened evenly to prevent flange deformation and leakage. Turn the handle clockwise to close, otherwise open. Ordinary ball valves can only be used to cut off and pass the flow, not for flow regulation. Liquids containing hard particles tend to scratch the surface of the ball. Here, we need to explain why normal ball valves are not suitable for flow regulation, because if the valve is partially open for long periods of time, the life of the valve will be reduced.
